Sponsorships
We welcome sponsorships from community members and their businesses. We have two types of sponsorships available at this time, Team Sponsors and Banner Sponsors. All sponsorships help us defray the costs associated with baseball and softball.
Team Sponsorship
Banner Sponsorship
As a Team sponsor, team shirts are printed with the company or team name of your choice.
Team sponsors also receive recognition throughout the year on this website as well as the baseball league and softball league websites.
Team sponsorship is $500.
As a Banner sponsor, a banner is printed with the company logo and relevant information.
The banner is installed on the outfield fence of field 3 in Memorial Park in South Orange.
The banner will be visible for all games played on the field, including baseball and softball. You will also receive recognition throughout the year on this website as well as the baseball league and softball league websites.

Banner Sponsorship Details:
● Banner Sponsorship is available to businesses/organizations that are family friendly, as determined and approved by the SOM Baseball Boosters.
● The fee for banner sponsorship is $700, all banners will hang on the outfield fence surrounding Meadowland Park Field #3 from April through July.
● Applications will be considered, and field placement determined, on a first-come, first serve basis.
● Logo/artwork for the banner must be submitted electronically to sponsorship@sombb.org.
● SOM Baseball Boosters will process the banner order from the vendor. All artwork and payment must be received NO LATER THAN MARCH 15, 2024 to be ready for hanging by April 2024.
● All banners/signs will be 3’ x 5’ in size and will be mounted to the outfield fence surrounding field #3 in Meadowland Park (M3). This field is lit for night play and is located in South Orange at the corner of Meadowbrook Place and Meadowbrook Lane.
● Banners will be hung on the field side of the fence with advertising facing the baseball field.
● Signs are constructed of vinyl mesh, which is weather resistant, ensuring clarity and brightness. Banner sponsorship will also include placement of your logo/artwork on the scrolling banner located at www.sombaseball.org.
